#dgcouple. Mariana and Daniel have been together for TWELVE YEARS before they tied in the knot in a gorgeously traditional Christian Orthodox ceremony at St. George's in Wichita. Their reception featured great food, dancing, and flowing cocktails at Newport Grill for a full night of luxurious fun . For her wedding gown, Mariana chose an absolutely STUNNING Allure Couture gown (style C586) that was at Dress Gallery for one weekend only during our Allure Couture trunk show. After attempting a few different routes to find her perfect gown, FATE knew better than we did and sent her perfect dress on a Monday morning courtesy of our Allure rep. Immediately, her consultant, Courtney, sent her a text message saying "I THINK I FOUND IT!" And we did! She fell in love, placed the order, and we sent the sample back in less than one week - it was truly meant to be!
Her Allure Couture gown features HEAVY beading throughout the bodice and skirt, with everything from silver to pearl to crystal accents, allowing Mariana to sparkle at literally every turn. Her off-the-shoulder neckline kept her look romantic, while still showing off her gorgeous collar bones, shoulders, and girls. We wanted a fitted dress that highlighted her silhouette, but KNEW she'd be dancing the night away, so the stretch charmeuse liner in this gown was a perfect fit. Add in her DRAMATIC tiara and silk English Tulle cathedral veil (also available at DG!) and you have the dreamiest, most Queen-like wedding vision we've seen in a LONG time!
When it came to styling Dan + the male family members, Mariana knew she wanted a crisp, clean, ultra classic look - so black + ivory it was. Dan wore our Braydon style tuxedo, featuring a shawl lapel and a simplistic black tie. We kept Daniel looking expensive by choosing silk/satin accents, such as his pocket square, to highlight against Mariana's gorgeous dress! This couple wanted the ultimate black tie feeling for their wedding and we LOVE that their photos show off how classy their entire event is!
