Buckle up, fam, because we have one SPICY wedding coming up next! Our newest #dgbride, Karissa, married her soulmate, Zach, in a super gorgeous, ultra intimate ceremony in late October 2021. Their autumnal wedding featured a fall color palette, simplistic decor, and a couple dedicated to giving their guests the ultimate wedding experience. Our fabulous official photographer, Shelby Laine, shot this super fun wedding and are LOSING IT over some of these shots. Get ready to steal all of Karissa’s ideas from some of our favorite shots below!

Karissa and Zach got married at the Hudson in a super intimate yet ultra modern wedding. When it came to her gown, Karissa wanted something timeless and classic that still fit the sexy-and-sophisticated vibe. Her Essense of Australia dress, style D2487, was the perfect combination! She chose their gorgeous Moscato undertone to compliment her hair and skin and we love the subtle sequining throughout the gown. Add in her dramatic train and fitted silhouette and you have a true STUNNER of a dress!

We LOVE Karissa’s natural wedding day look, complete with the most perfect beach wave hairdo we’ve ever seen. We love that she kept her look natural, yet glam to accent her fabulous gown. We helped style her final look by coordinating a cathedral length beaded veil, framing Karissa’s body and helping create some seriously dramatic photos! Karissa’s vibe is upscale, yet down-to-earth; beautiful, yet approachable! We love that her naturally warm personality shone through in all her photos.

Thank you so much, Karissa, for choosing Dress Gallery as your bridal boutique! We absolutely loved getting to know you and helping you find your perfect gown. It was also truly special for your consultant to be a small part of your big day after being college roommates! We love how the Universe puts brides back in our lives after meeting them years before; we are so thankful you are a bride of ours! We wish you and Zach a lifetime of love and happiness. Cheers to the Cobbles!

We are day dreaming our winter hours away, thinking back to our next #dgbride‘s gorgeous late summertime wedding! Zoe married her soulmate, Andrew, in an airy and dreamy ceremony complete with the MOST GORGEOUS Morilee gown. Their photographer, Jennie Marie, is one of our newest favs and we love how she captured their fun-loving, ultra romantic day. Get ready to miss warmer weather and snuggles with your spouse as you peek through some of our favorite shots from Zoe’s gallery!

Zoe chose an absolutely stunning fitted Morilee gown (style 2034) featuring a stretch liner, meaning Zoe could dance the night away while still feeling her most confident. Her low back, stunningly beaded gown created some serious drama and we love that she paired it with a cathedral length, scattered pearl veil for extra “WOW!”

Zoe’s stunning crepe gown was the perfect combination of formal and sophisticated, yet comfortable and down-to-earth enough for her outdoor wedding. Her soft plunging neckline stayed modest and mature while having tank straps, supportive yet still delicate enough to showcase her petite collarbones and shoulders. We love her feminine and romantic vibe while still being the perfect portrait of a modern bride!

We are LOVING the textured look of Andrew’s suit jacket. Zoe was looking for something unique and fashion forward for Andrew, but also something that felt authentic to their organic day. We can’t text credit for his tweed-inspired look, but we can certainly recreate it! We have some great fashion options for rental, but our best color and texture options are mostly for purchase. This is perfect because then your groom always has a jacket to wear for those special occasions (like future anniversaries!) Let your consultant know you’re looking for something ~different for your groom during your appointment!

Their smiles are so contagious! We had an absolute blast styling you, Zoe; thank you SO MUCH for trusting Dress Gallery to be your bridal boutique. We wish you and Andrew a lifetime of love and happiness. Cheers to the Hurts!

Okay, guys, we’ve been holding onto this ultra hot #dgcouple since their beautiful autumn wedding and it’s time to finally release our love to the world. Super fabulous bride Arin married her soulmate, Jacob, in an ethereally bohemian ceremony complete with dried florals, canoe canoodling, a sexy surprise, and a totally customized gown. We LOVE the details accented throughout this wedding because Arin totally committed in every aspect. Our girl Shelby Laine was the perfect partner as their wedding photographer, capable of catching the unique and silly moments just as well as the sultry, romantic ones. Arin is one of our ONLY bride in this gown and she even customized it to make it perfectly unique to her. Get ready to fall in love with this ultra chic wedding in these shots below!

Arin is a hairstylist based in Winfield, which means she had a VISION for her wedding day and that she executed to perfection. We love her super ultra, extra bold dried floral hair accessory in lieu of a veil along with her whimsically flowy Chic Nostalgia gown. Her base dress is Penelope, a stunning strapless A-line gown featuring a plunging sweetheart neckline and bold, sequined lace appliques through the bodice. The detached, off-the-shoulder bishop sleeves create a super fun, ultra funky look that was totally unique for Arin’s wedding day. She spiced up the gown by choosing to do a neutral undertone and added a sexy slit in one side for an extra pop of drama!

When it came to styling Jacob’s guys, we customized the look they were wanting by mix-and-matching some of our purchase and rental options. Jacob preferred the look of our linen sand suit, which is available for purchase, but didn’t need the jacket for his guys’ casual look. The groomsmen purchased their pants (which were casual enough to get some serious reuse out of them!), while rented the rest of their look. Doing this allowed for Jacob and Arin to get the exact look they wanted, while their guys got the best bang for their buck by keeping the item they’d reuse most, but renting what might be a one-time wear!

Arin’s girls needed looks that were JUST as spicy and fun as her wedding day style. We chose a mix-matched color palette in her dusty-neutral inspiration, allowing the girls to choose styles + colors they felt comfortable and confident in. We found some great Morilee bridesmaids dresses in fabulous colors, including their Fawn, Spice, Latte colors that create the ultimate autumn collection! We can’t take credit for ALL of her ‘maids, as Arin was fashion-forward and wanted some velvet colors that our designers were a season behind for. Love her look, though? NEVER FEAR! We have some GREAT new browns + taupes in our velvet options to create this same color palette along with different textures!

Seriously – what a FUN wedding day! We were all smiles looking at the Behrhorst wedding gallery. Jacob and Arin, thank you SO MUCH for trusting Dress Gallery to style you. We had an absolute blast getting to know you both. We have a feeling that brides are going to be showing us your wedding photos for years to come. We wish you and your family the absolute best in your life together. Now, cheers to you – and go drink one for us!

Hold onto your horses, fam, because we have the CUTEST Western/Mexican-inspired wedding coming to grace the blog today. Our next #dgcouple, Tanya and Doyle, got married on Tanya’s RANCH – yes, you read that right! Tanya owns her own ranch in Western Kansas and is the type of bride who prides herself on hard work. Being an independent woman was important to her, so when she found Doyle, her partner who supported her love of livestock and animals, she knew he was the one. Their fabulous photographer, Gentle Rayne, was a perfect choice to showcase their down-to-earth, totally natural wedding day. You’re going to LOVE the bright pops of colors, Mexican accents, and totally infectious smiles throughout all these sneak peek photos!

WE MADE A HORSE PUN BUT WE WERE SERIOUS, Y’ALL! Since their animals are such an important part of their daily lives, it only made sense to include their favorite furry loved ones in their wedding photos! We love ANY opportunity for our brides to showcase their passions on their wedding day and we love how totally unique Tanya’s photos turned out! Both their wedding day looks were the perfect combination of formal, yet comfortable for their celebration-focus receptions. The entire day was all about being comfortable and confident while partying with close friends and loved ones!

Tanya chose an absolutely STUNNING fitted Morilee gown, complete with stretch liner (which was a must for riding on her wedding day!) We wanted a silhouette that showcased her curves while still allowing Tanya to be the star of the show. Tanya is petite, so all of our sample dresses in store DROWNED her. We knew that alterations would be an important thing to consider since her height would mean cutting off multiple inches from each dress. Instead, we focused on designers that did custom heights and petite styles so that Tanya could feel her best, but also have a gown made to her proportions!

Her soft off-the-shoulder gown, Morilee style 3303, was ordered in Morilee’s most petite length, meaning Tanya was able to find her perfect gown without sacrificing over a foot off the bottom of the dress! We love that she trusted her gut and chose a dress that showed off her figure while still allowing her to move freely throughout the day. Add in her gorgeous illusion back, complete with buttons down the train, and soft sequining throughout the gown and you have a STUNNER for this Western-inspired wedding!

Tanya’s girls chose stunning Kanali K styles all their own, while keeping the look cohesive by having everyone in their gorgeous “Petal” color. Her maid of honor stood out amongst the crowd in a stunning Romance color, allowing for color dimension in the photos while also having her most important maid stand out! We had an absolute blast styling these girls; they were ALWAYS a bundle of fun and down to be the center of the party!

For Doyle and his men, we decided to keep the look down-to-earth and totally fitting of their jeans-and-boots vibe. We dressed Doyle up in a gorgeous tan jacket, having him match Tanya’s formality in her gown, while keeping the rest of his men in our Rustic Package. They were able to wear their own jeans and boots while having us style their vests, ties, and shirts so they color matched the bridesmaids! We love this combination for rustic or Western-themed weddings; the groom gets to be a little more dressed up in his jacket, while his guys get a comfortable, affordable package that we can color match to any color palette!

Congratulations, Tanya and Doyle! We absolutely LOVED getting to know you both and helping you style your group. You were all A BLAST and we are so thankful you kept us laughing every time your group arrived. We are secretly sad y’all are done with the “wedding” because can’t you just get married every year to come hang out with us?! Thank you again for trusting Dress Gallery – we wish you both a lifetime of love, happiness, and good beer. Cheers to the LaRosh’s!

In the midst of these wintertime blues, we figured now would be a good time to showcase one of our absolute favorite styled shoots. Stephanie Tran put together a GORGEOUS bohemian beauty this past summer and it’s truly a crime we’ve waited this long to showcase the photos – but we knew these sunny, dreamy babes would be perfect to break out during the dreary darker months. We love everything from the spicy strapless fitted Morilee gown and custom Chic Nostalgia arm cuffs we styled to the stylish circle hat + ivory bootie combo and the effortlessly sexy appeal of the whole shoot. Get ready to fall in love and decide to run away with your lover after seeing these shots!

For this shoot, we knew we wanted something fun, flirty, and dramatic to match the epic backdrop of Monument Rocks. Stephanie wanted a dusty color palette, so we knew a nude undertone would match the vibe best. We landed on Serena, (style 2143), from Morilee, a STUNNING strapless gown featuring bohemian and floral lace, subtle sparkle, and a massive train. Since this was a whimsical, wild, elopement-styled shoot, we tossed tradition to the wind and opted for a cool bohemian arm cuff as her spicy accessory, knowing that a veil or hairpiece wouldn’t work with the circle hat. All in all, this is a GREAT way to feel down-to-earth and effortlessly cool while still choosing a traditional bridal gown!

We absolutely loved being a part of this styled shoot! Stephanie had a super cool, unique vision and watching it come to life was one of our favorite moments this year. Plus, she knocked it out of the park SO MUCH that Morilee, the bridal designer, featured the photos on their own bridal blog! Talk about a shout out, right?! Stephanie, thanks for including us in your vision – sign us for first for your next one, please!!!

Okay guys, our next #dgcouple is literally one of the CUTEST couples we’ve ever seen. Introducing Hannah and Cheyden, who got married in an ultra dreamy autumnal ceremony complete with the most organic backdrops and fabulous sunset photos. Their photographer, Kristen Elise, is quickly become a fast favorite of ours. You’re gonna love her, too, when you see the pictures of these two smokin’ lovebirds. Check them out below!

Hannah wanted a romantic, organic, and totally timeless ceremony and we think she NAILED it. Her gorgeous Allure ballgown created gorgeous drama against the natural scenery while also highlighting her silhouette and truly showing her off. We love that Cheyden matched her sophisticated, upscale attire with a charcoal grey that still felt laid-back enough for their Earthy wedding day!

We absolutely LOVED Hannah’s big, dramatic ballgown from Allure Bridals (style 9652) a dramatic, handkerchief skirt featuring bold lace appliques throughout. Her secret, subtle sparkle is sewn throughout her appliques and her champagne under color was a perfect compliment to her hair and skin. We love that her high neckline showed off her cleavage in the most sophisticated and supportive way. Her illusion back is full of gorgeous buttons, creating a “WOW” moment from behind just as much as the front!

Can we also talk about Hannah and Cheyden’s GORGEOUS dusty, autumnal color palette? Not only did it perfectly match the nude/champagne undertone of Hannah’s dress, but we LOVE the pop of colors that the burnt oranges, maroons, and dark purples create. Paired with the gorgeous natural greens and browns of Prairie Gardens Inn and you have the ultimate combo of bohemian meets Midwestern traditional! We knew we wanted Cheyden’s look to be classic, while still accenting using those bold, rich jewel tones that Hannah loved. We ended up on a gorgeous maroon color for him and his groomsmen to compliment!

We also love that Cheyden stole the show as the only person in a jacket, allowing his groomsmen to be more comfortable and relaxed in our Casual Groom package. Did you know that with Casual Groom, you can customize and decide between vests or suspenders based off your preferred look? Cheyden and Hannah loved the classic bow tie + suspenders combo and we totally agree! You can mix-and-match looks to create WHATEVER you want your groomsmen to look like and we love helping the guys feel fashion-forward on wedding day!

Congratulations, Hannah and Cheyden! We are so thankful you chose Dress Gallery as your bridal boutique. We LOVED getting to know you both, hanging out with your group, and helping style you for such an important day. You guys were an absolute blast! We wish you a lifetime of love, happiness, and lots of laughter. Now, cheers to the McClellans!

Alright, guys, this wedding is a HOT ONE and y’all better be ready! Our next #dgbride we can’t wait to introduce is Bri, who married her soulmate, Parker, in a super stunning, elegant, yet secretly-sexy ceremony. Their photographer, Katy Elaine, was literally the PERFECT choice for the Vanderhoofen’s. Katy’s unique yet elegant style of photography, along with her ability to capture those tiny, intimate moments between the bride + groom, had us BAWLING over this album y’all. Get ready to fall in love with their entire day below:

Bri and Parker envisioned a romantic, neutral, classic wedding for their day, keeping with a black-and-ivory theme with pops of pastel peaches to accent. Their timeless wedding day totally fit their traditional vibe while still being full of bright, fun accents that complimented their fun personality. Bri chose a stunningly unique Chic Nostalgia gown, (style Zelda), which was the perfect balance between bohemian and classic that she was looking for!

Sorry, not sorry for the photo overload of Bri! Her absolutely stunning Chic Nostalgia gown featured an A-line silhouette with a gorgeously geometric banded waist, highlighting Bri’s waistline and flowing effortlessly into the textured tulle skirt. Her soft ruffles throughout the skirt allowed for extra movement and whimsy while also creating design features unseen in other dresses. We love the soft 3D florals and beading throughout her bodice along with a keyhole back that help catches attention from any angle!

When it came to styling Bri’s girls, she knew she wanted to keep everything simple and classic in black dresses. She allowed her girls to pick their own styles so they felt confident and comfortable on wedding day! She chose simple Morilee chiffon bridesmaids dresses in black, which totally gives the girls freedom to show off their personalities comfortably. Plus, they were able to groove all night long with their comfortable fits!

We can’t take credit for Parker’s classic black look, but have similar styles for any groom wanting to mirror his black-and-ivory vibe! We love how timeless a black tuxedo looks; it’s an outfit that looks great for generations while always feeling modern! Pair with a patterned tie, a slight metallic, or a cool pop of color to match your wedding if you’re wanting an extra pop of “WOW!” for your groom.

Congratulations, Bri and Parker! We are so thankful you trusted us to be your bridal boutique. We LOVED getting to know you both, your fun group of girls, and your beautiful little family. We’re excited to watch you all grow in your love. We wish you a lifetime of happiness and laughter. Cheers to the Vanderhoofens!

Despite the cold outside, we are reliving our best summertime and fall memories by going through all the galleries of our brides this past year. Our next #dgbride is Julie, who married her partner, Camden, in a super fun, bright, and joyous ceremony complete with BOBA BAR, so you know it was one of the most fun weddings we’ve seen! Their photographer, 2Focus Photography, perfectly captured their ethereal day full of love, laughter, and infectious happiness. Get ready to fall heels-over-head for these two in their pics below:

Julie chose an absolutely stunning Stella York gown (style 7083) that she customized with off-the-shoulder straps! Her delicately beaded spaghetti straps, soft v-neckline, and flowing skirt gave her overall wedding look a gorgeous, whimsical feel. Her trickling lace appliques highlighted her bodice and flowed gown her skirt which was voluminous enough to be comfortable and dance the night away, but didn’t overwhelm Julie throughout the night. Add in a touch of secret sequining throughout the dress and you have a soft, feminine, and totally gorgeous gown!

We love that Julie chose to dress up her gown with a bright, upbeat flower crown instead of a traditional veil. We love the color framing her face and how it matches beautifully with her bouquet, totally creating a feminine and organic overall look for her wedding day.

We can’t take credit for Camden’s soft grey tuxedo, but we love how it complimented Julie’s formal dress softly. The soft grey undertone to the suit keeps his look classic, timeless, and sophisticated, while still being a touch more subtle than traditional black. Plus, their dusty fall color palette perfectly suited a grey look! Like Camden’s vibe? We can recreate similar styles in both purchase and rental options – just ask your consultant!

These two featured a BOBA bar at their wedding, which we’ve never seen before and personally want to recreate ALL. THE. TIME. This was a great way to bring a unique experience to their guests while also imbibing in something that they love as a couple! Kung Fu Tea was their Boba vendor and not only was it a delicious idea, but Julie and Camden snapped some cute photos out of it!

Congratulations, Julie and Camden! Thank you, Julie, for choosing Dress Gallery as your bridal boutique. We loved getting to know you and are so thankful you trusted us to style and customize your gown for you. Now, Cheers to the Tangs!

Alright, y’all, we have been anxiously waiting to showcase one of our newest #dgcouples and we figure a brand new year is the best way to do it! Introducing Jane and Luke, one of the single cutest couples we’ve ever had the pleasure of styling. These two are so full of LIFE and JOY y’all, we almost couldn’t handle it. You’re going to wanna book their photographer, KC-based native Mallorie McBride, to copy ALL of their gorgeously romantic, moody photos. Ready to see one of our favorites weddings ever?! See some sneak peeks below!

UH, WE WEREN’T KIDDING GUYS! Do you see how dreamy their wedding day look is?! We love their neutral color palette to match Mallorie’s bohemian-style of editing. Their totally organic, very Earthy day totally fit the easy-going vibe of their wedding day. Jane chose an absolutely stunning Moonlight Couture long-sleeved gown while Luke stunned in a fabulous sand-colored suit! Here are a few more photos with details about their looks:

Jane chose a Bishop-sleeved Moonlight gown, featuring an A-line silhouette, organic lace details, minimal sparkle, and the flowiest skirt imaginable. We love how delicate and whimsical her tulle Bishop sleeves made the entire look feel! Also, her lace appliques were featured from head to toe, allowing her to feel like a literal Earth angel in every step. We’re a little biased, but her naturally curly hair pulled back into a gorgeous bridal updo feels organically beautiful in the BEST way. (All of us girls here at DG desperately want your hair Jane, sorry – it’s for real goals!)

When it came to Luke and his guys, we knew we wanted to match the same effortless vibe of Jane while still making sure Luke felt like a star of the show. They chose classic sand-color suits, perfect for their late summertime wedding. We love that Luke decided to keep his look casual, yet fashionable by opting for no tie and an open shirt collar – totally laid back, yet clearly a knockout outfit! We’re definitely going to be referencing this group in the future for brides who are back and forth on whether they want tie options!

Congratulations, Jane and Luke! We had an absolute BLAST styling you both and helping you find your perfect attire for your wedding. Your love and laughter is infectious and we are so thankful we got to be in your atmosphere. We wish you both a lifetime of love, happiness, and laughter. Cheers to the Lallements!

To celebrate the upcoming new year, we decided to highlight one of our newest #dgcouples! Hailey and Andrew got married in a super intimate mountaintop elopement in Rocky Mountain National Park, followed by a gorgeous church ceremony in Wichita. Their adventurous spirit was perfectly captured by their photographer, Nomadicfitlust Photography, who specializes in Colorado destination weddings. We LOVED helping this totally sweet, compassionate couple and you are going to fall in LOVE with them both once you see these joyous photos. We wanted to shout it from the mountaintops – congratulations, Hailey and Andrew!

Call us biased, but is there a more romantic place to elope?! We love the juxtaposition between the Wittman’s formal attire and the rugged, natural beauty of the Rockies. This location is next to gorgeous Lake Isabelle and it was certainly a hike to get to this spot! You can check out Andrew and Hailey look EXTRA cute in their hiking gear, complete with ponchos, as they trekked up to their ceremony area. What a fun way to make memories with your spouse on wedding day!

When it came to her wedding dress, Hailey knew she wanted a gown that was comfortable enough to hike in, while also being formal enough to be worn during their Wichita church ceremony as well. Modesty was important to Hailey and she also knew she’d be in a chilly area, so sleeves were a definite must for her as well. Her consultant, Marisa, pulled the PERFECT Sottero and Midgley gown for her – Arleigh, a stunning long-sleeved, sheath gown featuring delicate beading and illusion shoulder cut outs. Hailey built up the back of the dress with additional lace for more coverage and the look is totally breathtaking for her mountainside ceremony!

Andrew came in wanting a fashion-forward suit that totally fit the Earth tone color palette for their wedding day. His sand colored suit was purchased from our menswear department and was tailored at our preferred seamstress. We love his slim fit cut that showcased his silhouette; we had to make sure he looked as good as Hailey! This light suit was a great combination of formal, yet down-to-Earth to fit the vibe of their wedding day.

As Christians, it was important for Hailey and Andrew to show their devotion not only to God, but to each other. We’ve seen multiple couples honor this tradition during their ceremonies, but we love that Hailey and Andrew were able to serve each other with beautiful Lake Isabelle as their water. It created not only gorgeous photos, but a truly intimate moment that resonated with everyone present. This was a beautiful way for them to honor their love for each other and God going forward in their marriage.

Congratulations, Hailey and Andrew! We are SO THANKFUL you trusted Dress Gallery to style you for your wedding day. We loved getting to know you both and are so lucky we were able to be a small part of your big day. We wish you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and happiness. Cheers to the Wittmans!
