SALES POLICY:

__ All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be used toward any other purchase.  

__Special orders may take up to six months to arrive. We will provide an approximate arrival date for you. Dress Gallery does not assume responsibility for merchandise delays on any orders. Rush orders require higher shipping and handling fees. 

__Prior to the order being placed in the event of a bridesmaid cancellation, there will be a $40 cancellation fee on each dress. 

__A 30% deposit is required to put any item on layaway. The remaining balance is due within 60 days of purchase. A 60% deposit is required on special order items.

__Items of similar colors must be ordered at the same time to ensure color continuity.

__Merchandise not paid in full or claimed within 60 days of notification of arrival will be returned to the sales floor and no reimbursement will be given.

__Special order items must be picked up within 60 days of arrival text message. After 60 days, a $25 per month charge will accrue on the 15th of each month. This balance must be paid before the garment leaves the store.

__ Special order items must be tried on within two weeks of arrival text message call. Failure to do so releases DG from all anomalies and the garment’s condition is final. 

__When ordering a dress, we will measure you and recommend a size. Due to designer size charts, we cannot order a size that will fit perfectly and alterations may be needed to complete the fit.

__Dress Gallery will not take responsibility for sizes of special order gowns in which the person ordering said garment is not present or the customer was not measured by our staff. 

__Alteration costs are not included in the prices of dresses. DG is not responsible for fit and does not do alterations.

__Dress Gallery and all designers are not responsible for any anomalies, tears, stains, rips, or other flaws in garments. 

__Special orders are inspected upon arrival. Samples are sold as-is. For a $50 charge, DG will repair sample bridal gowns. DG will not repair items after they have been worn.

__ Special order due date: The remaining balance must be paid within 60 days of arrival phone call, before alterations, and before garment leaves the store.

LAYAWAY POLICY:

Customer acknowledges placement of layaway and/or receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

__All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on any merchandise. All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be used toward any other purchase.  

__ If a garment is put on layaway and the wedding date is 18 months to 12 months away, DG will store the garment for the first 6 months at no charge. After 6 months, a storage fee of $25 will accrue on the 15th of each month and must be paid before the garment leaves the store.

__In the event of a wedding date change, the item(s) on layaway must be picked up immediately.

__After 6 months in storage with no communication from the customer, DG has the right to return any items to the sales floor and sell it.

__Samples are sold as-is and will only be repaired with a $50 charge. Samples will be repaired to the best of our abilities but may not be perfect. DG will not repair items after they have been worn.

 

MENSWEAR:

_All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on any merchandise.

__All tuxedo rental styles and colors of vests and ties must be confirmed by the groom and bride before an order is placed. Dress Gallery does not take responsibility for unconfirmed orders. All members of the tux party must be measured and have at least 60% payment made before ordering.

__No refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation less than two weeks from the event. Prior to the two weeks before the event, there is a $40 cancellation charge for each tuxedo. There is a $30 charge for any changes made within two weeks of an event.

__There is a $20 refundable security deposit for each tuxedo that is paid by the bride and groom (b&g). The b&g will receive the deposit back the when every tuxedo is returned undamaged, complete, and on time. Prior to an order being placed if a tuxedo order is cancelled, the security deposit will not be refunded.

__If the tuxedo deposit is not picked up within 30 days after the wear date, the deposit will be forfeited.

__Tuxedoes are due back the following Monday after the event before we close. If tuxes are not returned in their entirety on time, the b&g lose their entire deposit on every tux. Late items or tuxes incur a $22 per day late fee. DG will also charge the individual the entire resale cost for missing items. On holiday weekends when DG is closed on Mondays, tuxes are due back Tuesday.

__All tuxes must be tried on no later than Thursday the week of the event to ensure any needed replacement pieces. Replacement cut off time to order is 4:30pm Thursday. Any replacements after that incur an overnight shipping charge starting at $90. DG is not responsible for customers trying on their tuxedos too late to get replacements.

__Ten days after the event, items will be considered non-returnable and the customer must purchase the items at current retail value.

__DG is not responsible for fit on tuxedo measurements called in to the store or when children grow. If the tux is not tried on prior to leaving the store by the wearer, we are not responsible for fit.

__I am responsible for all losses, damages, late returns, and other potential costs due on tuxedo rentals. I agree to assume all responsibilities for fit and proper style of the entire garment once the garment leaves the store. I agree to waive any claim against Dress Gallery.

__60% or all of the price of the rental is due upon measurement. Tuxes will not be ordered without this payment and the deposit paid by the b&g. The remainder of the balance is due on pickup.
