Are y’all ready for our next #dgbride? Because I don’t know if y’all are ready for this SPICE LEVEL. Hottie bride Katie married her soulmate, Kyle, in a fabulous intimate and summery ceremony this previous July. Their timeless yet romantic wedding day featured all the good, good stuff – a stunning dress, gorgeous bridal party, and photos courtesy of wedding photography masters Kay x Bee. We have no doubt that Katie would have looked like a snack in anything she chose, but after seeing these photos of her wedding, we are RUNNING to the gym. Or toward the Ashleys to make us look like that. Whichever. Get ready to fall heels-over-head, fam!

Katie chose an absolutely SPICY Essense of Australia gown featuring a gorgeously low back, delicate spaghetti straps, and subtle sparkle throughout. Her multiple layers of lace create visual dimension in her photos, while also giving her the best of both worlds – a bold, modern lace applique layer with a delicately vintage Chantilly lace layer underneath. Katie chose to keep her look traditional by picking a stunning ivory/ivory color palette. We knew that we wanted her wedding look to be romantic, sexy, and sophisticated – which we totally ROCKED!

Check out some of these GORGEOUS bridal shots of Katie! We love the linear lace detailing throughout the dress, perfectly placed to highlight a woman’s silhouette. Her lace detailing through the skirt, placed along the thighs, was created to give a long, luxurious look. Her dress also features sexy yet subtle side cut outs, showing off just a hint of skin underneath the bold lace layer. Her softly plunging v neckline is sexy, but also still sophisticated. This dress features almost NO beading, allowing for the structure of the gown to really show you off – just like Katie!

When it came to styling her girls, Katie wanted a simplistic, yet totally comfortable look. She chose a super flowy chiffon look from Jasmine Bridal in 2021 power color “Cafe.” This dusty mauve features a slightly taupe undertone, which perfectly matched all of Katie’s bridesmaids’ hair and skin tones. She kept everything easy and low maintenance by having all the girls in the same fabulous dress, featuring a banded waist, plunging v neckline, and side slit for a tad of sexiness!

Thank you, Katie, for trusting Dress Gallery to be your bridal boutique. We LOVED working with you + your girls; plus, we can’t believe you’re our first party in the stunning “Cafe” color! We truly believe you + Kyle were made for each other. We wish you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and happiness – something we’re sure you’ll have in abundance. Cheers to the Detmers!

Okay, guys, it’s time for an almost #dgbride anniversary post! Angela got married in a super gorgeous, super romantic autumn ceremony in October 2020. Despite the crazy of the world, Angela and her husband’s wedding was beautiful, timeless, and every bit the ethereal fall ceremony of our dreams. Photography dream time The Brightness Project totally captured their wedding day in all its’ beautiful, golden hour glory. You’re gonna swoon when you see these photos, so get ready to fall in love!

Angela chose an absolutely stunning long sleeved Essense of Australia gown featuring sequined floral lace appliques throughout. The illusion sleeves make this dress look effortlessly chic, while the fitted silhouette shows off her body in the best way. We love that this dress features subtle sparkle throughout, allowing Angela to shine with each step she took. A perfect combination of timeless and classic, this dress is truly one for the ages!

Angela kept her wedding day look sophisticated, yet sexy, by combining her fitted dress with traditional bridal accessories such a teardrop neckline and cathedral length veil. Her ivory/ivory gown was gorgeous against her skin tone, but also the dusty color palette of the Western Kansas backdrop. Add in her husband’s Western-inspired accents and this is the best union of down-to-earth, yet formal!

The Monjaras’s actually started their family prior to tying the knot, so this marriage was a long time coming for all members of the family. Some of our favorite shots from the day included gorgeous family photos, with everyone looking so happy and confident. We love the amount of happiness radiating from all these shots! Regardless of the route you take to get married, showcasing YOUR family on your wedding day is always the best way to remember such a special day.

What a handsome family, right?! Thank you so much, Angela, for trusting Dress Gallery to style you for your wedding. We loved getting to know you and helping you create your absolutely INCREDIBLE wedding day look. Your Essense of Australia gown was truly made for you! We wish your family a lifetime of love, happiness, and laughter. Cheers to the Monjaras’s!

We are SO STOKED to wish this fabulous #dgcouple a happy first anniversary! Alexis & Jarrett are members of our DG family; Alexis is our newest Bridal Consultant, but she’s also been working here during prom seasons for years prior to joining the staff full time. When it came to picking out her bridal party attire, Alexis put all her faith in us and we are so thankful. Take a peek at some of their dreamy photos courtesy of Ashlynn Freel!

Alexis and Jarrett were supposed to tie the knot in May 2021, but ended up postponing their wedding and re-planning when COVID threw them a curveball. They ended up with a gorgeous backyard ceremony at Alexis’s parents land, surrounded by gorgeous organic backdrops that perfectly accented Alexis’s neutral color palette. We love how she kept her entire look light, airy, and totally dreamy for the whole day! She accented her super flowy, long-sleeve A-line gown with crystal hair pieces – a perfect combination of sophisticated yet modern for this super chic bride.

When it came to choosing her bridesmaids’ colors, Alexis decided to land on a singular color and allow the girls to pick styles that suited their bodies. This allowed all the girls to be confident and comfortable throughout the day while creating visual dimension in Alexis’s photos! Her group was so fun to get together and measure; you could tell this would be a fun group of girls to spend the day with! Alexis ended up choosing Morilee’s “French Violet” color, a gorgeously dusty blue/purple that totally accented the light suits for the boys!

Alexis kept her groomsmen COMFORTABLE during their August ceremony by choosing our Casual Groom package, which allowed the boys to show off their suspender + bowtie combo without the jacket. We dressed Jarrett up with a jacket and matching long tie to keep him coordinating, but allowing him to stand out as the groom! Overall, we love the down-to-earth and laidback vibe of this wedding party and how perfectly their subtle blue/grey/purple color scheme comes together.

Jarrett and Alexis – we are wishing you the HAPPIEST of anniversaries and know you have many more to come. We are so thankful that you’re a part of our DG family. It was truly an honor to be able to style you for your special day! Drink an extra few for us tonight, you two, and cheers to the Johnsons!

HOLY GOODNESS, Y’ALL, we are SCREAMING over our next #dgbride. We can’t wait to introduce Dallas, who married her soulmate in a gorgeously airy May 2021 ceremony. She wore one of the most stunning Essense of Australia gowns as she walked down the aisle towards, Jacob, and she was captured by Kay x Bee, the true dream team of wedding photography. Get ready to lose your minds over this wedding, y’all – we sure did!!

For freaking real, guys – how cute is this couple?! While we wish we could say Jacob looked great because of us, we gotta give Dallas props – she did the menswear on her own! We get to claim her gown and a few of her super fun, super funky bridesmaids group. Which, by the way, is this not the coolest springtime color combination you’ve seen?! Don’t be afraid to do multiple colors, textures, and more. Dallas had a true wedding vision and STUCK TO IT. This allowed her to see her vision from beginning to end and it was gorgeous! Trust your judgement – it will all come together in the end!

Dallas chose an absolutely stunning fitted Essense of Australia gown featuring an illusion plunging neckline, open back and stretch liner – meaning this dress was made to dance in! It features a heavily beaded bodice in all white + crystal details, meaning you can match any metals you’d like. Her dress also featured multiple layers of lace, creating dimension and texture throughout her gown. Combined with her airy and effortlessly large curls and this outdoor wedding could not have been better styled!

How are you real, Dallas?!?!? Essense of Australia, if you need a model……we’ve got a girl for you!

Congratulations to the Richardsons! Dallas – thank you SO MUCH for choosing DG as your bridal boutique. We loved getting to know you, styling some of your girls, and helping you see your wedding to fruition. We absolutely love your aesthetic and are so glad your wedding came together as perfectly as you desired. We wish you and Jacob a lifetime of love, happiness, and laughter! Cheers to you both!

Drum roll, please…..let us introduce you to fabulous power couple, #dgbride and #dggroom Madison & Preston! This fun-loving couple was an absolute blast to work with! Check out their Colorado elopement photos courtesy of Hound & Honey Photo!

Madison was an absolute blast to style for her wedding gown. Her vibrant, bubbly personality made the entire appointment fly by! She was looking for something timeless and romantic, plus something that would stand up to the mountain backdrop. We think her off-the-shoulder Essense of Australia gown was a perfect choice.

Complete with sweetheart neckline, trickling lace appliques, and a voluminous skirt, we absolutely love how ethereal and whimsical her pictures look! You’re a literal forest goddess, Madison!

Can we talk about how sassy and cute Madison is?! One of our favorite parts of their wedding photos is how much fun you can tell they’re having! We love Madison’s bohemian hair and the rose gold accessories that perfectly match her moscato-colored dress!

When it came to styling Preston, we wanted to keep his look chic, fashionable, and classic to match Madison’s wedding vibe. We think the light grey accents the foliage and mountains really well by adding just a pop of color with the maroon accents!

Congratulations to the Troyers! We are so thankful that you chose Dress Gallery as your bridal boutique. Getting to know you both was been a great blessing to us and we are so proud to call you a #dgcouple. We wish you a lifetime of love, happiness, & laughter!

We are so hyped for our 2021 collection of gowns. With COVID-19 pivoting many brides’ plans, we attempted to be extra intentional with our buying. Our brides are interested in great product at a good price, so we were out on the hunt for the ultimate pieces. Essense of Australia is one of our favorite designers and we loved all of their newest collection! Choosing just a few for our store was super difficult – are you ready to see 10 of our absolute favs?! Let us know which ones YOU love in the comments or on Facebook!

D3284 is a super sexy, long-sleeved stunner! This illusion-sleeved, low back gown is perfect for any bride looking to make a “WOW” entrance. We love the sheer bodice, illusion neckline, and secret sparkle sprinkled throughout. Add the uniquely-shaped, dramatic train and we are so excited for the first bride to pick this babe.

7169 is a feminine, soft a-line gown featuring applique lace throughout the skirt, a modest v neckline, tank straps, and a slightly sheer bodice. We love the open yet supportive back and the voluminous skirt is made of a delicate organza, which allows you to shimmer when you walk. We’re waiting for the garden goddess of our dreams to come pick this dress!

We love D3247, the perfect combination of lace and crepe for the modern bride who wants to stay traditional. Featuring an off-the-shoulder neckline, sheer bodice, and a dramatic extended train. This soft sweetheart plunge is a hint of sexy, yet the whole silhouette is sophisticated.

7048 is a classic beauty, a satin-Mikado a-line ballgown complete with lacy bodice, appliqued skirt, and a gorgeous buttoned-train. The matte, leafy material keeps the whole look classic and timeless, with delicate spaghetti straps and Box pleats creating fullness in the skirt. This is the ultimate princess ballgown for anyone wanting a timeless look with a hint of floral accents!

7289 is a fun, flirty soft a-line destined to have a bride dance the night away. This soft tulle skirt is flowy and airy, featuring floral appliques through the skirt and organically over the waistline. The illusion long sleeves add drama and the neckline features a soft, yet sexy, plunge. Add in a super fun and unique crisscross illusion back and this is a dress for a fun-at-heart bride!

Style 7185 is the ultimate romantic, timeless gown for a bride wanting simplistic, yet beautiful. This fitted crepe gown features a softly sparkled, multi-lace sheer bodice, creating visual dimension and texture, along with delicate beaded spaghetti straps. We love the big, bold lace appliques throughout the bodice and skirt and how all the details trickle from the neckline to the hem. This dress is lightweight and effortless, sexy yet modest, and the perfect combination of whimsical yet romantic for any bride.

Wrapping up our list is style D3151, a whimsical a-line gown featuring side cut outs, modern yet modest plunging v neckline, and gorgeous delicate beading throughout. This lightweight dress features an organic, lacy-waistline with negative space and appliques throughout the skirt. Add delicate beading to the supportive straps and this gown is literally perfect.

Which dress is your favorite?! Tell us in the comments or on Facebook!

Okay, guys! Next up from our family of #dgbrides is Morgan! Morgan married her soulmate, Zac, at a gorgeous farm side ceremony in Pennsylvania. We think her gorgeous September wedding was captured beautifully by their photographer, Madeline Isabella!

Madison was married at a gorgeous venue surrounded by corn fields, which was the perfect organic backdrop for their bright and airy photos. Their entire gallery feels whimsical and romantic, from the autumnal florals to their pictures on a rowboat! Check out these gorgeous and unique shots below:

Morgan’s perfect Essense of Australia gown fit the vibe of her wedding beautifully. The soft, leafy lace detail adorning the bodice matched her effortless florals and trickled down through the skirt before giving way to a fabulous tulle skirt. We think her moscato-colored undertone was the perfect choice for her hair color and wedding palette!

Her off-the-shoulder neckline kept this dress romantic and timeless. Her gown featured no sparkle, which allowed her natural beauty to be the true focus! We love how organic and natural their entire day looked.

Zac and Morgan also did a traditional feet washing ceremony and the pictures made us tear up. This is an older tradition that we don’t often see brides participate in anymore, so we loved seeing this intimate moment. This was a super sweet way for the couple to honor each other which we really love.

Congratulations to Zac and Morgan! We are so thankful you chose Dress Gallery as your bridal boutique; we loved getting to know you and are so thankful the Universe brought you to our door. We wish you both a lifetime of faith, love, and happiness!

It’s time for a double header, fam! Let us introduce to you #dgbride and #dggroom Abby and Matt Morris! They were married in front of their loved ones on September 26, 2020. Their original spring date got moved due to COVID-19 and this couple definitely had to roll with the punches, but the result is wedding even more gorgeous than we could have imagined. (We might be biased because we did the dress & suits, but whatever). Shoutout to photography genius Brianna Huynh for these fabulous photos!

After having to reschedule their original May ceremony date, Matt and Abby didn’t let COVID stop them from having the ultimate party. They had been waiting quite patiently for their wedding to begin with, so a few more months was nerve-wracking but totally worth it! Their marriage was definitely a party, surrounded by a loveable group of friends & family. (Again, we’re biaed, but Matt’s groomsmen might have been our favorite that weekend!)

Abby chose an absolutely stunning Essense of Australia ballgown for her special day. The “moscato” champage color underneath looked perfect with her dark hair and makeup! Her horsehair trim added additional volume to the skirt, making this dress ultra dramatic. Add in supportive, wide, sequined straps and a beaded illusion back and this dress couldn’t be beat!

When it came down to styling Matt and his groomsmen, the Morris’s wanted to keep things classic, traditional, but stylish. We recommended a gorgeous grey tuxedo, accented with hunter green detailing that perfect matched their florals & greenery! We also have to give Matt an extra big shoutout. For whatever reason, his replacement vest was sent in the correct size, but fit incorrectly, and he was totally chill and willing to let us overnight him a new one to perfect his fit. Thanks for letting us take care of you, Matt!

Okay guys, now it’s time for our favorite photos from their wedding….are you ready?! This is their first look and when we saw these, all of us girls here at Dress Gallery were bawling. The raw and honest emotion on Matt’s face when he saw his smokeshow of a wife was the absolute best!

Thank you so much, Matt & Abby, for allowing Dress Gallery to play a small part in your big day. We were so thankful to get to know you both during your time with us. We wish you both a lifetime of love, happiness, and ALL of the laughter – which we know is the future for both of you!

Okay, guys, it’s time for us to lovegush. We have connected with a new vendor in the Wichita area and we are head over heels in love! Let us introduce you to Nikki, the HBIC of Couture Ever After, an event rental and wedding planning service that is totally unique. Collaborating with our girl Shelby Laine, Nikki was the vision behind this romantic and moody styled shoot. We love how she describes her vision – not boho, not modern, not rustic….just chic like her couples!

Fallen totally in love with her custom-made Edison bulb backdrops?! You can rent them for your event!

We styled this gorgeous Essense of Australia gown with bohemian arm cuffs to add a touch of whimsical to the day. This perfectly fitted gown features a Moscato/champagne under color, a layer of secret sparkle, applique lace throughout, and a sexy plunging neckline. We think this dress is perfect for anyone wanting to highlight their shoulders and collarbones!

Can you believe the detailing on this gown?! Complete with 3D beading and a dramatic train, this gown is certainly a stunner! Combined with the architectural elements with this shoot and are totally in love!

For the menswear looks, we decided on our burgundy tuxedo, a moody yet sexy combination for a guy wanting a modern look. This slim-fit tux allows for the tailoring to be the star of the show while the fashion color keeps his look unique and cool. Pair with a patterned tie & pocket square to make his outfit pop!

Are you totally obsessed yet?! Run, don’t walk, to go and book Nikki & Shelby for your wedding! And then right after, come and see us!
