We love ALL of our brides, seriously, but we’ve EXTRA biased when a #dgbride is a DG employee! Our newest consultant, Darian, started at Dress Gallery two weeks after her wedding to her soulmate, Will! Darian and Will decided they wanted a true fresh start – new careers, new marriage, new puppy, new chapters! Their photographer, Evangelyn Byall-Craig, was a perfect fit for their vintage and traditional wedding. You’re gonna LOSE IT over Darian’s dress and details. Without further ado, our girl Darian!

Darian chose an absolutely STUNNING Martina Liana gown she purchased off-the-rack, which means she got a rockin’ deal on a couture designer. This fitted spaghetti strap dress features delicately beaded straps, a sexy open back, multiple layers of lace, and the most perfect v neckline. Her dress was a beautiful balance of traditional, yet modern; sexy, yet sophisticated. With Darian’s petite frame, we love that she went with a fitted silhouette to really highlight her body and allow her to feel extra bridal!

Can we PLEASE talk about how Darian clearly mastered the “smize?!” Tyra Banks would be SO PROUD of this girl’s modeling skills! Her total wedding day look was part edgy, part sexy, part traditional, all combined to create the most gorgeously romantic look we’ve seen. Combined with her billowing curls, soft bridal updo, and gorgeous cathedral veil, Darian had ALL the drama for her wedding day and we are HERE. FOR. IT.

We were also lucky enough to style Darian’s girls for her special day as well! Darian knew she wanted her wedding day to feel romantic and airy, which was perfect for her summertime wedding. Her dusty color palette matched the organic wedding venue and we love how her Kanali K bridesmaids dresses accented against her ivory gown and the pops of color in the bouquets! Darian had her girls feel comfortable by choosing whatever style they preferred, but kept her palette simplistic by keeping everything in a single dusty tone. This color palette is romantic and timeless for sure!

Cheers to you, Darian and Will! We are so thankful you decided to trust us for your wedding day. And maybe we’re biased because you’re an official DG family member now, but your wedding is gonna go down as one of our favorites forever. We love you and Will and are SO EXCITED to watch your marriage + family grow as you grow within Dress Gallery. And let’s be honest, boo, we’re biased because you look SMOKING in that Martina gown. Thank you for trusting us and thanks for becoming family. Congratulations to the Kings!

HOKAY FAM, hold on tight, because the spice level is about to be turned up on this next #dgbride! We cannot wait to introduce Tara, who married her soulmate, Dylan, in a gorgeously moody and intimate ceremony earlier this month. Her super spicy photos courtesy of Shelby Laine, who you know KILLED IT, were some of our favorites we’ve seen in a long time. You’re gonna want to snag ALL of Tara’s vendors after seeing some of her sneak peeks, so let’s go!

First, we gotta talk about Tara’s dress. This girl lucked out – this STUNNING Martina Liana gown was available to be sold off-the-rack for a discount and it was literally her perfect size! She snagged a couture gown at a rockin’ price, but that doesn’t matter – let’s be honest, Tara could have worn a trash bag down the aisle and Dylan still would have LOST it! We loved seeing their love radiate throughout the photos. You can truly tell he couldn’t take his eyes off her! And we don’t blame him. She picked a gorgeous A-line gown featuring delicate spaghetti straps, a supportive yet plunging neckline, a softly flowing skirt, and subtle sparkle detailing throughout. This gown was truly the perfect combination of modern yet traditional for their super cool and edgy wedding!

Can we all swoon over this gorgeous back, please?! Tara totally rocked this Martina Liana gown and not only was it gorgeous, but it’s COMFY. This baby allowed her to move + groove all night, featuring a stretch liner for moments of intense dancing, while still being able to be easily bustled and pulled out of the way for her reception. The train was long enough to add a little drama to photos, but low maintenance for the rest of the night! Her natural greenery and pops of blush were the perfect feminine touches to compliment her gown.

See what we were talking about their love radiating?! Those are just some of our favorite, fun photos that Shelby snapped to capture Tara + Dylan’s perfect day. We love that Shelby captured their outgoing, fun-loving personalities in their gallery, all while showcasing what a beautiful and intimate day it was.

Thank you so much, Tara, for trusting Dress Gallery to style you for big day. We truly believe that Martina gown was just waiting for you! We wish you and Dylan a lifetime of love, happiness, and laughter – something we think you both with have no issues with. Cheers to the Hunters!

Hokay, y’all, get some water ready because this next #dgbride is spicy, spicy, spicy!! Please give a warm introduction to Peyton, a fantabulous DG babe who rocked a sexy and sultry Martina Liana gown on her moody wedding day. Peyton is stylist at No Coast Salon, which is located directly diagonal from us here in Delano! So we’re a little biased, because not only is she a DG bride, but she’s also a local community member whom we love to support! Check out her fabulous photos courtesy of our girl, Shelby Laine – you know, the real MVP!

Peyton’s wedding day was the ultimate dreamy, classic day. She kept her color palette neutral, focusing on ivory, black, and natural greenery, allowing for everyone’s natural beauty to be the true focus. Her classic black tuxes kept the entire day formal yet timeless, which was perfect for their day at The Barn at Grace Hill! The venue’s natural beauty made it so Peyton could keep her entire decor simplistic and chic.

Peyton chose an absolutely stunning Martina Liana gown with bespoke off-the-shoulder straps. Her ivory-on-ivory dress sparkled effortlessly and we LOVE the plunging neckline and illusion back – the definition of sexy! Add in her dramatic train and this gown is truly a show stopper. We also love how Peyton made it her own by creating the off-the-shoulder straps specifically for her bridal day look.

Are you surprised that her hair and makeup were perfect?! We sure weren’t. When you work with the No Coast Salon girls, you’re guaranteed to look absolutely ROCKING on your wedding day! Peyton’s classic bridal updo featuring messy, face-framing pieces, statement earrings, and cathedral veil definitely made the whole look a “WOW” type of moment.

Okay, but really – have you seen a more smokin’ hot couple?! We love that Peyton kept her groom’s look totally lowkey and stylish. His classic black tux really dressed up the day, while also keeping his look totally classic. Add in her gorgeous ivory roses as accents and we fell heels-over-head! This is the definition of a formal, stylish, yet totally chic wedding day.

Congratulations to the Youngs! Peyton, we so appreciate you choosing Dress Gallery as your bridal boutique. We loved styling you, helping you find your perfect look, and love cheering you on from across the street. We wish you & Brittain a lifetime of love, happiness, and laughter! Cheers to you both!

When #dgbride Michelle told us she was getting married in Savannah, Georgia, we knew that her wedding was going to be a vision. Michelle is a sophisticated, poised, cool & collected bride who knew exactly what she wanted. She married her partner, Rich, on November 9, 2019 at Whitefield Chapel in Georgia. Every piece of her elegant, romantic, Southern wedding was perfect – check out the beautiful pictures by Magiepie & Rye!

Michelle knew she wanted a destination wedding for her big day; they kept the ceremony small and intimate with only 38 people attending. “I wanted our wedding weekend to feel like a family reunion,” Michelle said. They kept their focus on the subtle details and the truly important pieces of the day. She also highly recommended her wedding planner, Anna Swanson of Rustic or Ritz Events.

“I would recommend any bride to have a wedding planner,” Michelle said. “It kept my mom relaxed and allowed her to enjoy the day instead of running around trying to coordinate things.”

Michelle and Rich hosted their intimate gathering of family & friends for almost a whole week in Savannah. When we asked Michelle what her favorite part of her wedding was, she mentioned multiple different times when the group was all together. They threw their guests a “Welcome Party” on the night before the wedding, featuring a casual and down-to-earth atmosphere with a bonfire and ice cream. She also encouraged other brides to have a small moment alone with their spouse right after their ceremony – “That first moment alone with your husband is so special. Make sure you take a few moments to yourself!”

Michelle ended up choosing a stunning Martina Liana A-line gown and customized the look with bespoke straps. Originally a strapless dress, Michelle made this look truly her own by making it specific to her. She gravitated toward the large lace patterning and the honey-colored gown underneath, creating beautiful visual dimension.

“I went to two dress boutiques and tried on about 15 different dresses,” Michelle said. “My experience at Dress Gallery was amazing, honestly. I loved the individual rooms and the ability to talk to my mother privately between dresses. My consultant was also AMAZING. She took my comments and came back with new dresses, which is honestly so much better than me having to search through racks myself. The only thing missing would be a mimosa!”

(We totally agree with you there, Michelle. We totally wish we could serve some delicious mimosas, too!)

One of the things we absolutely love about Michelle is how down-to-earth she is. She had a distinct vision of what she wanted her wedding to be, but also understood it’s important to roll with the punches and have a great day! She had some of the best advice for upcoming brides:

“Hire a wedding planner,” she said first. “They don’t have to be expensive, but it’s good to take the stress off you and your family on the big day.” Her second piece of advice? “Focus on what’s important. Something isn’t going to be exactly what you wanted – the hair, makeup, flowers, decor, etc. – just embrace the day being surrounded by those you love.”

Michelle laying down some serious truths here! She also suggested hosting a a small party for guests instead of a rehearsal dinner. Her ice cream-and-bonfire Welcome Party was the perfect way to get everyone mingling without being in a stuffy, uptight restaurant atmosphere. With her welcoming attitude and desire to have fun, there’s no doubt that this wedding was a blast – regardless of how big the guest list is.

Michelle, we can’t thank you enough for including us in your special day. Planning a destination wedding and coordinating wedding services in a far away city is hard enough, but you also were willing to place your faith in us for your gown. We absolutely loved working with you and are so proud to call you a Dress Gallery bride. Your wedding is truly one-of-a-kind, the type of affair we’ll be referencing for years to come. We’re so proud we get to show you off. Congratulations to you, Michelle and Rich!
