We can’t wait to introduce our newest #dgcouple, Marisa and Tyson! They were originally supposed to be married in November 2020, but moved their wedding date to May 2021 to accommodate their party. They were seriously the most fun couple, easily rolling with the punches and eventually having a beautiful springtime ceremony surrounded by plenty of loved ones. Their fabulous day was captured by Staci Brucks, one of our favorites here in the Wichita area. Get ready to fall in love with the Broyles, fam!

Marisa chose an absolutely stunning mikado ballgown from Moonlight Couture. Her modest high neckline was modern and classic, while the lacy and beaded illusion back is totally attention-grabbing. The box pleating on Marisa’s skirt keeps her ballgown classic, while also accentuating her waist. Add in a romantic button detail all throughout the train and we’re not surprised Tyson could hardly keep it together!

For Tyson’s look, we kept him + his party classic with navy suits and a pop of bordeaux as the accent color. We love how chic and timeless it looks compared to the ivory of Marisa’s gown!

How fun is this groomsmen group?! Tyson wore the bordeaux accent while the rest of the men stayed cool and classic in navy blue. A pop of chestnut for the shoe keeps this look fashionable yet timless.

Cheers to the Broyles’! Thank you so much, Marisa & Tyson, for choosing DG as your bridal boutique. We really appreciate you trusting us to style your group and can’t thank you enough for stickin’ with it, despite COVID-19. We are so glad we get to claim you as a DG couple. We wish you both a lifetime of love, happiness, and laughter!

We are beyond thrilled to showcase one of our newest #dgbrides, Amy! Amy married her soulmate, Patrick, in an exquisite springtime wedding. We loved their airy, timeless atmosphere accented with classic pops of black and white. These gorgeous photos are courtesy of wedding photographer dream team Kay x Bee, two of our best gal pals in the business. Run (don’t walk, because they book up fast) if you’re wanting them for your wedding photos!

Amy chose an effortlessly beautiful Stella York gown made of dove satin, one of our favorite fabrics available. It’s buttery soft and silky smooth, the perfect combination of comfortable and chic for Amy’s day. Her soft A-line silhouette allowed her to move easily throughout her wedding day while still being a little sexy with her peek-a-boo plunging neckline. Add in her illusion back and romantic buttons down the train and this dress is truly the dreamiest!

We love that Amy paired her look with a gorgeous statement cathedral veil, accented with a beaded edge and no lace to keep her wedding look clean and chic. Patrick’s classic black tux was a perfect compliment to Amy’s bright ivory gown and we love how they chose natural greenery for their florals. It tied the springtime day together with a perfect bow!

We’re a little biased about Amy’s bridesmaids because we got to style them, too! They kept everything super classic – black for the girls + boys with the perfect pops of ivory throughout. They held their reception at Barleycorns, a local Wichita haunt they both love, and left their big day in a vintage car! Their day truly was one of the chicest, yet most down-to-earth wedding we’ve seen. How cool is it to have your name on a marquee for the big day?!

Cheers to you both, Amy + Patrick! We can’t thank you enough for choosing Dress Gallery and letting us play a small part of your big day. We are thankful for you both. We wish you a lifetime of love, happiness, and laughter!

Okay, y’all, time to introduce one of our absolute favorite #dgbrides! Meet Kathleen, who married her soulmate, Justin, at a gorgeous fall ceremony at the Hudson! Their intimate and classic ceremony was in September 2020, full of ivory, greenery, and lots of black accents! Their special day was captured by the fabulous Kara Smith Photography, who is seriously so good at capturing wedding photos. We are always in awe of her work! Fall in love with this gorgeous couple below:

We fell head-over-heels with Kathleen’s simplistic and chic wedding vision. She wanted to keep her day classic, romantic, and timeless, which she pulled off flawlessly. Kathleen chose a dove satin Essense of Australia a-line gown featuring a soft off-the-shoulder and plunging neckline. She kept her wedding look totally royal by adding a fabulous silver tiara for drama, but kept the rest of her look fresh and bare. Her dress choice was totally unique due to the fabric; this dove satin material is soft and flowy compared to traditional satin!

When it came to shopping for her dress, Kathleen came to Dress Gallery first because she lived locally. She had a great time with her consultant, Katie, and found a few potential options. Kathleen’s mom really wanted her to have the Say Yes to the Dress experience, so Kathleen and her group flew out to New York for a weekend at Kleinfeld bridal – yes, THAT KLEINFELD. Wanna know the story?

She tried on a few dresses with her consultant there and ended up falling in love with an Essense of Australia gown……the one she’s wearing in the photo! But she knew that Katie and Dress Gallery had that dress available because she saw it on our Pinterest page. So while she found “The One” in New York, she didn’t buy it. Instead, she flew back to Wichita, re-tried the dress on with Katie, fell in love again, and purchased through us! (For a cheaper price, we might add.)

We wish we could have claimed Kathleen’s girls and Justin for the big day, but we have to give all the credit to Kathleen for that. We love her mismatched bridesmaids look while keeping everything cohesive and clean by using black. Justin rocked a gorgeous green suit which perfectly accented the greenery in their party! We love how romantic plus comfortable everyone looked in the photos; you can tell the day was full of laughter, relaxation, and joy!

Congratulations, Kathleen and Justin! We are so thankful that we got to play a small part of your big day. Being able to help style Kathleen was so special to us and we are thankful you chose Dress Gallery to buy your dress. We wish you a lifetime of love and happiness. Cheers to the Karrs!
