Alright, y’all, we hope that you’re beer lovers, because our next #dgbride outdid herself on this ultra modern, down-to-earth, brewery wedding. Our latest bride, Jackie, married her soulmate, Andrew, in a gorgeously traditional ceremony followed by a super fun, laid back ceremony at Rivery City Brewery’s private event space. Their photographer, Jennie Marie, is literally the PERFECT choice for this easy going couple. She perfectly captured Jackie and Andrew’s love while highlighting the true celebration their wedding day was. You’re gonna wanna start making your own customized bridal jacket after seeing some of their sneak peeks below!

For her wedding day look, the number one priority for Jackie was comfort. She wanted to look her absolute best, but not sacrifice comfort while she danced the night away with Andrew, chatted with loved ones, and ate lots of fabulous food. We knew that choosing something timeless and effortlessly gorgeous was the best way to go – something that showed Jackie off WITHOUT all the massive amount of boning and structure that makes it difficult to navigate throughout the night.

We’re so glad we landed on this fabulous chiffon Stella York gown (style 6871) complete with an illusion high neckline, bold lace appliques, and a stunningly flowing skirt. The neckline kept Jackie supported all night while still highlighting her silhouette! Plus, there is not a material in the world flowier, more lightweight, and better to twirl in than chiffon. Add in her customized bridal jean jacket and we LOVE her laid-back, effortlessly easy bridal day look. We wish we could be as cool as Jackie all the time!

Did you peek that slit and illusion plunge on the neckline?! Just because this dress isn’t fitted doesn’t mean it isn’t sexy! We wanted Jackie to have pops of drama throughout the dress, allowing her to “WOW” while still feeling modest, mature, and sophisticated!

Congratulations, Jackie and Andrew! We are so thankful you chose Dress Gallery as your bridal boutique. We had a blast styling you and helping you find your gorgeous gown! (: We wish you both a lifetime of love, happiness, good beer, and lots of laughter – something we’re sure you’ll have in abundance. Cheers to the Sanchez’s!

Alright, guys – in celebration of our next #dgcouple, this post is coming out on the bride’s birthday!! Morgan and Anders originally planned a late 2020 ceremony that COVID-19 pushed back. After patiently waiting over two years for their plans to fall together, they finally tied in the knot in Kansas City this previous October. Their photographer, OK-based Sydney Davidson, captured their day in an effortlessly moody, documentary-style gallery that we were transfixed by. Without further ado, let us introduce: Morgan and Anders!

We love Morgan and Anders, y’all. They were an absolute blast to style and not only did they trust us to style THEM, but we were also lucky enough to style their maids and men, too. It was so nice to hang out with their whole group of friends and family every time they came in. We just KNOW that this wedding was a down-to-earth, celebratory affair and the pictures that Sydney captured totally proved that!

For her gown, Morgan chose an absolutely stunning fitted Stella York gown (style 6487) featuring a high illusion neckline, illusion back, bold lace appliques, chic side cutouts, and a fabulous train with just enough drama. She kept her look timeless and traditional by choosing an all-ivory color palette and gorgeous cathedral length beaded veil to add just a POP of sparkle! Add in the fact that this dress was already perfectly Morgan’s size and she was able to buy it off-the-rack and we truly believe this dress was just here, waiting at DG for her.

Real fast, grab the tissues – we LOVED these shots of Morgan and Anders’ daughter, Carly, getting ready in her mom’s gown. Carly was the only member of the party we weren’t able to style, but seeing her in Morgan’s dress truly touched our hearts. These are the types of photos we know our brides will cherish forever! (We’re not bawling over here, it’s fine!! We’re fine!!)

When it came to Morgan’s girls, she chose a gorgeous multi-hued blue color palette, allowing her bridesmaids to pick whatever styles suited them best within the colors she loved. Her daughter and nieces also were included as junior bridesmaids, which was perfect, as all of our bridesmaids designers have junior styles available! It was a perfect way to make sure they matched, but they also received gowns that were age and alterations appropriate. Interested in junior gowns and the differences between them and women’s sizing? Ask your bridesmaids specialist during your appointment!

Morgan’s girls shined in various colors of blue, specifically Morilee’s “Slate” and “Dove” colors, along with Kanali K’s “Slate” and “Dusty Blue.” We absolutely love creating mix-and-match color palettes, so if you’re wanting to recreate Morgan’s style with your own colors, we’re happy to help guide your girls into something comfortable, but also cohesive for your photos.

Seriously, we know we’re biased, but Anders’ guys were SO FUN to style. This group wanted something that made them look classic and timeless, while also still having that edge of unique and different that fits Anders’ personality so well. We decided to land on our super popular Houston dark grey suit, a perfect trim fit and traditional color, while they paired it with their own all-black Converse for an extra cool look. We matched the blue accents to the steel blue and marine colors in the boys’ ties to bring everything together! All-in-all, we love this super relaxed yet totally modern groomsmen look.

Congratulations, Morgan and Anders! We are so thankful you chose Dress Gallery as your bridal boutique. You guys were a blast to style, hang out with, and generally just get to know. We’re secretly sad you’re married – can y’all just plan a vow renewal every year so we have an excuse to hang out with you?! We wish you both, along with Harper and Carly, a lifetime of love, happiness, and laughter. We are so thankful the Universe brought your family into our lives. Now, cheers to the Herpolsheimers!

Despite the cold outside, we are reliving our best summertime and fall memories by going through all the galleries of our brides this past year. Our next #dgbride is Julie, who married her partner, Camden, in a super fun, bright, and joyous ceremony complete with BOBA BAR, so you know it was one of the most fun weddings we’ve seen! Their photographer, 2Focus Photography, perfectly captured their ethereal day full of love, laughter, and infectious happiness. Get ready to fall heels-over-head for these two in their pics below:

Julie chose an absolutely stunning Stella York gown (style 7083) that she customized with off-the-shoulder straps! Her delicately beaded spaghetti straps, soft v-neckline, and flowing skirt gave her overall wedding look a gorgeous, whimsical feel. Her trickling lace appliques highlighted her bodice and flowed gown her skirt which was voluminous enough to be comfortable and dance the night away, but didn’t overwhelm Julie throughout the night. Add in a touch of secret sequining throughout the dress and you have a soft, feminine, and totally gorgeous gown!

We love that Julie chose to dress up her gown with a bright, upbeat flower crown instead of a traditional veil. We love the color framing her face and how it matches beautifully with her bouquet, totally creating a feminine and organic overall look for her wedding day.

We can’t take credit for Camden’s soft grey tuxedo, but we love how it complimented Julie’s formal dress softly. The soft grey undertone to the suit keeps his look classic, timeless, and sophisticated, while still being a touch more subtle than traditional black. Plus, their dusty fall color palette perfectly suited a grey look! Like Camden’s vibe? We can recreate similar styles in both purchase and rental options – just ask your consultant!

These two featured a BOBA bar at their wedding, which we’ve never seen before and personally want to recreate ALL. THE. TIME. This was a great way to bring a unique experience to their guests while also imbibing in something that they love as a couple! Kung Fu Tea was their Boba vendor and not only was it a delicious idea, but Julie and Camden snapped some cute photos out of it!

Congratulations, Julie and Camden! Thank you, Julie, for choosing Dress Gallery as your bridal boutique. We loved getting to know you and are so thankful you trusted us to style and customize your gown for you. Now, Cheers to the Tangs!

Get ready, fam, because you are gonna LOSE IT over this next #dgbride! Abbi married her soulmate, Rowdy, in a super trendy, ultra unique ceremony featuring some of the coolest wedding accents we’ve EVER seen. Their photographer, Erin King, created some gorgeously romantic photos that we SWOONED over. This was a match made in wedding vendor heaven, for sure. Run, don’t walk, to save these photos and get ready to fall in love with Abbi’s look!

Can you believe that Abbi is our first and only bride in this stunning Essense of Australia gown?! This ultra stunning, super simplistic A-line gown is made of the world’s most BUTTERY SOFT material called “dove satin” and it is SO TOUCHABLE! We love the chic, clean look of Abbi’s look while the tulle bow creates a fashion forward, ultra fashionable detail. Her open back and subtle v neckline keeps this dress sexy, while also sophisticated and modest. Add in some romantic fabric buttons down the back and you have the ultimate down-to-earth wedding dress! Plus, this dress has POCKETS!

We love Abbi’s super organic style and how she kept all of her floral accents ultra natural, like her bouquet of chamomile! This soft and earthy bouquet is a perfect compliment to her bohemian day, while her crisp and sophisticated dress makes the entire day feel formal. This ultra comfortable wedding dress was perfect for dancing the night away, while still allowing Abbi’s natural beauty to be the star of the show. And we’re biased, but THAT BOW THO! Bows are having a MOMENT in bridal and we’re here for it!

Congratulations to the Wends! We cannot thank you enough, Abbi, for trusting Dress Gallery as your bridal boutique. We loved getting to know you and always love it when brides comes in with unique, cool wedding visions. You truly stuck to YOUR style and it was perfect. And maybe we’re biased because you’re a snack, but THAT BOW GIRL!!! We wish you both a lifetime of love, happiness, and laughter. Cheers to you both!

Okay, guys, we are literally overjoyed sharing these photos of one of our newest #dgbrides, Victoria! She married her soulmate, Alex, is a gorgeously timeless and ethereal ceremony in spring 2021. We absolutely loved how chic, clean, and classic her wedding day look was! Plus, when you have a photographer as good as Rebecca Rose shoot your wedding photos, you’re guaranteed to fall in love. Get ready to find your newest favorite photographer AND swoon over Victoria’s gorgeous gown!

To fit Victoria’s gorgeously classic wedding vision, she ended up choosing a stunningly chic Stella York a-line gown featuring a full tulle skirt, plunging v neckline and side cutouts, soft crepe bodice, and accented with the perfect beaded veil. While the gown features no lace itself, the structure is all it needs to be a total stunner! We love how bright and airy the crisp ivory looks in photos, plus it matches perfectly with Victoria’s springtime aesthetic. She kept her entire wedding look soft and feminine by adding in big curls, petite crystal + pearl hair accessories, and the most perfect bouquet featuring ivory and greenery accents.

Can you tell we’re obsessed with Victoria and Alex?! All of their photos are filled with tons of love, light, and laughter, which was totally contagious. We were smiling here at Dress Gallery the whole time! We love Alex’s chic and classic black tux with a stunning black bowtie. (We’re biased, but we love a good bow tie.) It perfectly complimented Victoria’s romantic yet sophisticated look. Plus, can you imagine the spin capacity on that skirt? Well, you don’t have to imagine….because Rebecca captured it perfectly!

Alex and Victoria love dancing and what better way to celebrate their wedding day than an opportunity to dance together? We love these intimate yet celebratory photos clearly showcasing a couple who loves each other and having fun together. Plus, there’s nothing better than a wedding dress in motion – just LOOK how dreamy Victoria’s dress is!

Cheers to the Carros! Thank you so much, Victoria, for allowing Dress Gallery to be a small part of your big day. We were truly honored you chose us to style you and we are going to be obsessed with your photos for years to come. We wish you + Alex a lifetime of love + happiness + lots of dance routines. Congratulations to you both!

We are beyond thrilled to showcase one of our newest #dgbrides, Amy! Amy married her soulmate, Patrick, in an exquisite springtime wedding. We loved their airy, timeless atmosphere accented with classic pops of black and white. These gorgeous photos are courtesy of wedding photographer dream team Kay x Bee, two of our best gal pals in the business. Run (don’t walk, because they book up fast) if you’re wanting them for your wedding photos!

Amy chose an effortlessly beautiful Stella York gown made of dove satin, one of our favorite fabrics available. It’s buttery soft and silky smooth, the perfect combination of comfortable and chic for Amy’s day. Her soft A-line silhouette allowed her to move easily throughout her wedding day while still being a little sexy with her peek-a-boo plunging neckline. Add in her illusion back and romantic buttons down the train and this dress is truly the dreamiest!

We love that Amy paired her look with a gorgeous statement cathedral veil, accented with a beaded edge and no lace to keep her wedding look clean and chic. Patrick’s classic black tux was a perfect compliment to Amy’s bright ivory gown and we love how they chose natural greenery for their florals. It tied the springtime day together with a perfect bow!

We’re a little biased about Amy’s bridesmaids because we got to style them, too! They kept everything super classic – black for the girls + boys with the perfect pops of ivory throughout. They held their reception at Barleycorns, a local Wichita haunt they both love, and left their big day in a vintage car! Their day truly was one of the chicest, yet most down-to-earth wedding we’ve seen. How cool is it to have your name on a marquee for the big day?!

Cheers to you both, Amy + Patrick! We can’t thank you enough for choosing Dress Gallery and letting us play a small part of your big day. We are thankful for you both. We wish you a lifetime of love, happiness, and laughter!

Rise and shine, DG family! Time to show off one of our gorgeous #dgbrides, Samantha! She married her soulmate, Blake, in March 2020 during the most magical springtime ceremony. We can’t wait to show Samantha off using her photos from Alexandra Burt Photography, who is seriously one of the sweetest photographers around. Alex reaches out to vendors to share her galleries after weddings so we can show off our work and we are so thankful for kindness and conscientiousness. And now onward to Samantha and Blake!

Can you feel the love and laughter radiating from this couple?! We absolutely love how full of life all of their photos look! These gorgeous golden hour shots perfectly capture the Kansas springtime and we love how bright and airy their entire day was. Samantha decided to do blue nails and blue pops of florals for her “something blue,” which is a simple and cute way to bring in those traditions!

Samantha chose a stunning crepe Stella York gown featuring a plunging illusion neckline, key hole back, scattered lace throughout the bodice and train, and just a tiiiiiny bit of sparkle to let her shimmer on her wedding day. Her train is accented with fabric buttons throughout and we love how her illusion is sexy yet totally modest. She was free to dance and hug loved ones all night –  her dress features stretch fabric so she could spend the entire night on the dance floor!

Congratulations to the McBratneys! Thank you so much, Samantha, for choosing Dress Gallery as your bridal boutique. You were truly a vision in your wedding gown and we are so thankful you are a DG bride! We wish you and Blake a lifetime of love and happiness. Cheers to you both!

Time to introduce another gorgeous #dgbride, Natali! Natali married her soulmate, Brent, in a fabulously sunny afternoon day in September 2020! Her entire wedding vision was classically gorgeous and timeless – you know, one of our absolute favorite types! Her wedding photographer was our girl Alexandra of Alexandra Burt Photography. We’ve love-gushed about her work before, but get ready to fall heels-over-head in love with her photos and this beautiful wedding!

How stunning is this couple?! Natali kept her wedding look light and airy, letting her light florals accent with greenery, her entire look popping against the dark navy of Brent’s suit. We might be biased, but we also love her fingertip length, beaded veil – the perfect frame for her gorgeous updo! A veil is a great way to make any look feel extra bridal on wedding day.

Natali chose a Stella York sheath fit gown featuring corded and sequined lace appliques, organic spaghetti straps, and a gorgeously low-cut back. Her scalloped-edge train is the perfect combination of traditional and modern! Her dress was the ultimate soft and feminine look, perfectly showcasing her body’s silhouette while also letting her be comfortable during her reception.

Congratulations, Natali & Brent! Thank you so much for choosing Dress Gallery as your bridal boutique – we loved getting to be a small part of your big day. Cheers to the Ehresmans!

Petite and fabulous #dgbride Mariana married her soulmate, Tanner, on August 1, 2020. Their photographer, Cultivated Moments, captured these gorgeous traditional photos of Mariana and her new hubs and they are stunning. Like, seriously! Check out her customized Stella York gown below!

Mariana is the definition of the word cute – literally everything about her warm, polite personality is the cutest. Her height is also the absolute cutest, however looooooooong all of the dresses were on her! Because most dresses are made a standard length for 5’10 women, that meant that Mariana was looking at astronomical alterations – and to be honest, the dress wouldn’t have looked the same afterward!

The solution? We did custom measurements for her height, which allowed her to bypass hem alterations. By doing this, this allowed the dress to be made for Mariana’s petite height in mind! This created her Stella York gown proportionally for her, making sure that every detail we loved in the store looked just as it should on her special day.

Her perfect fitted Stella York gown featured sequined lace appliques throughout, a stunning soft v-neckline with wide straps leading into a sophisticated yet sexy illusion back. Combined with the traditional train and hemlace, this dress fit perfectly with her church ceremony! We love how she accented her gown with a bouquet of soft pinks, ivory, and natural greenery.

With a soft updo and a fingertip length lace veil, Mariana looked like the ultimate classic, timeless bride! Thank you so much, Mariana, for allowing us the opportunity to style you for your wedding and for trusting us with special measurements. We know it can be nervewracking! We wish you & Tanner a lifetime of love and happiness. Cheers to the Tuckers!
